Azryo Policy Framework

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Azryo, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. Normal Azryo platform payments, subscriptions, creator balances, creator earnings, payouts, refund rules, and billing are handled by Azryo unless a separate service is explicitly labeled as Norviax-billed.

2. Key Definitions

The following terms have specific meanings throughout these Terms of Service:

• "Platform" or "Azryo Platform": The website, mobile applications, and services operated by Azryo LLC.
• "Azryo" or "Azryo LLC": Azryo LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA, that operates the platform and handles normal platform payments, subscriptions, creator balances, creator earnings, payouts, billing, and refund administration.
• "Norviax", "Service Provider", or "Norviax LTD": Norviax LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16274491), that may provide selected services to Azryo, including Velora Studio, backup services, moderation support/services, support and maintenance, and technical infrastructure/service support. Norviax is not the general seller, merchant of record, payout operator, or refund authority for normal Azryo commerce unless a separate service is clearly identified as Norviax-billed.
• "Velora Credits": Usage credits that may be sold or billed for Velora Studio only and are separate from Azryo balances, creator earnings, subscriptions, payouts, and withdrawable funds.
• "Purchase": Any paid transaction on the Platform, including subscriptions, content purchases, tips, pay-per-view content, custom requests, and any separately identified Norviax-billed service such as Velora credits.
• "Fan": A registered user who purchases or accesses content or services on the Platform.
• "Creator": A verified user who creates content or provides creator services on the Platform.

4. Platform Description

Azryo is a creator platform that enables subscriptions, paid content, tips, creator tools, and other platform features. Azryo may also make AI tools such as Velora Studio available through the Platform, subject to separate terms.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Fees

Azryo handles normal platform payments and subscription billing. Azryo may charge platform fees, creator revenue shares, and other amounts shown in-app, at checkout, or in account settings. Velora credits or other Norviax-billed services, if offered, are disclosed separately and do not change how normal Azryo balances, creator earnings, or payouts work.

• Creator revenue shares and payout timing are governed by Azryo account and creator terms
• Fees for separate Norviax-billed services are only charged when clearly identified
• Users are shown the applicable billing entity before completing a transaction where required

6. Account Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for activity under your account
• Keep payment and payout details accurate and current

6a. Dual-Account Policy (SFW/NSFW)

• Each person may operate up to two accounts total: one (1) SFW account and one (1) NSFW account.
• Cross-linking between SFW/NSFW accounts is prohibited to maintain content separation.
• Operating more than two accounts, or misrepresenting account ownership, results in immediate termination of all accounts.
• Violations of Terms, Community Guidelines, or related policies may result in account suspension or termination.
• Upon termination for violations, Azryo may restrict or forfeit funds in accordance with the applicable enforcement, chargeback, or risk provisions.

7. Platform Rules

• Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior is prohibited
• Sharing illegal content is prohibited
• Circumventing payment systems is prohibited
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others is prohibited

8. Platform Modifications

Azryo reserves the right to modify platform features, policies, or discontinue services with appropriate notice.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement. Upon termination, access to purchased content ceases, but creators retain rights to withdraw earned funds from Azryo per the applicable payout terms.

• Deepfakes or manipulated media must be explicitly labeled
• AI training data must not violate copyright or privacy rights

4. User Conduct

Users must not:

• Share login credentials
• Attempt to hack or breach platform security
• Engage in price manipulation or artificial inflation
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

Users can report violations through our reporting system. All reports are investigated promptly and confidentially.

1. Minimum Age Requirements

• All users must be at least 18 years old (or age of majority in their jurisdiction if higher)
• No exceptions for parental consent - this is an adult-only platform
• Age verification required for all account types (Fan, Creator, Agency)
• False age declaration results in immediate permanent ban

For Fans, Azryo requires a one-time age verification using didit before completing their first paid purchase or accessing age-restricted content. didit confirms whether the Fan is 18+ and returns only a verification result to Azryo. Users who fail or refuse age verification cannot make purchases or access restricted areas.

• We apply the highest applicable age requirement based on user location

Azryo uses a combination of automated systems and human review to enforce our content policies and legal obligations. This includes:

• Microsoft PhotoDNA: used to detect potential Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) by comparing cryptographic hashes against known CSAM databases.

• Cloudflare R2 and CDN: used for secure storage and delivery of content globally.

Content may be blocked, delayed, or removed based on automated results and human moderation review.

10. CSAM Reporting

In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and other applicable laws, Azryo is legally required to report suspected or confirmed Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). Such reports may include relevant user information and associated content.

• The license is personal and cannot be shared, resold, or redistributed
• The license ends when access ends, the subscription ends, or the account closes
• Fans may not download, record, or redistribute content unless explicitly permitted

3. Paid Content Types

• Subscriptions: Monthly or annual access that auto-renews unless canceled.
• Content Purchases: One-time unlocks of posts, photosets, videos, or bundles.
• Pay-Per-View: Locked content that requires payment to view.
• Custom Requests: Personalized content created upon request for an agreed price.
• Tips: Voluntary payments to Creators.

4. Payment Terms

Normal Azryo purchases are made from Azryo. When you make a purchase, you are purchasing from Azryo unless the transaction is explicitly identified as a separate Norviax-billed Velora service.

• Azryo charges the selected payment method for the chosen items or subscriptions
• Azryo processes platform billing, subscription renewals, refunds, and disputes for normal commerce
• Azryo may show the applicable billing entity or descriptor before checkout where required
• Separate Norviax-billed services, if offered, are clearly labeled in their own flow

5. Fan Obligations

Fans agree to:

• Make all payments in good faith
• Not issue unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes
• Respect Creator intellectual property rights
• Not share or distribute Creator content outside the platform
• Maintain confidentiality of private communications with Creators

6. Creator Obligations

Creators agree to:

• Provide content as described in their offerings
• Maintain consistent content quality and posting schedules
• Engage professionally with Fans
• Honor all subscription and content commitments
• Comply with all platform policies

7. Dispute Resolution

• Content and platform disputes are handled through Azryo support and review processes
• Billing or refund disputes for normal Azryo commerce are handled by Azryo
• Any dispute involving a separately identified Norviax-billed service follows that service's terms

8. Termination of Agreement

This agreement terminates when:

• The subscription period ends without renewal
• Either party closes their Azryo account
• Azryo terminates the account for policy violations
• The Creator removes their content offering

4. Service Use and Moderation

Creator use of the Platform is subject to moderation, safety review, content rules, and applicable law. Azryo may limit, suspend, or remove content or account access for policy, safety, fraud, legal, or operational reasons.

5. Tax Obligations

Creators are independent contractors and are responsible for their own tax obligations. Azryo may provide earnings reports and tax forms where required.

• Engage positively with subscribers
• Comply with all platform policies
• Properly label AI-generated content where required
• Keep records required by law for performed or featured content

1. Revenue Streams

Creators earn revenue through Azryo based on purchases made by Fans:

• Subscription fees
• Content Purchases and unlocks
• Pay-Per-View posts and messages
• Custom Requests and Paid Messages
• Tips and donations
• Referral and affiliate earnings where applicable

2. Revenue Share

• Creators receive the revenue share shown in-product or in their creator terms
• Azryo retains the platform fee and any disclosed processing or operational amounts
• Separate Norviax-billed services, if any, are outside normal creator earnings unless explicitly stated

3. Payout & Funds Handling

All creator payouts are issued by Azryo for normal platform commerce.

• Minimum withdrawal: $50 (or local equivalent).
• Payout timing: Valid withdrawal requests are processed according to the payout schedule shown in your account.
• Investigation Holds: Azryo may temporarily freeze funds while reviewing fraud, policy, compliance, or legal issues.
• Chargeback Window: Earnings may be reserved to cover disputes, refunds, or processor holdbacks.
• Release of Funds: If no violation is confirmed, held funds are released according to the applicable schedule.

4. Tax Responsibilities

• Creators are responsible for all applicable taxes on their earnings
• Azryo may provide earnings reports and tax documents where required
• Azryo does not withhold taxes unless legally required

5. Age Verification (NSFW)

• Creators publishing NSFW content must pass enhanced age/KYC verification
• Fans must verify age before accessing age-restricted content areas
• Attempts to bypass age checks may lead to suspension, termination, or fund holds

6. Balance Discrepancies and Withholding

Any discrepancies in your Creator Balance must be reported to support@azryo.com within 30 days of the transaction date. Azryo may withhold or adjust funds where required by fraud review, dispute handling, policy enforcement, or law.

1. Overview

The Azryo Referral Program rewards users who invite new creators to join the platform. When someone signs up using your referral link and begins earning, you receive 5% of their eligible earnings. Referral rewards accumulate automatically and are subject to the conditions below.

By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to these terms, which form part of Azryo's Terms of Service.

2. Referral Earnings

For each creator you refer:

• You earn a 5% referral reward based on their eligible earnings
• "5%" represents the combined referral reward across multiple earning categories

Internally, rewards are calculated as:

• 3% from purchases
• 2% from subscriptions

For transparency and simplicity, referrers see only the combined 5% reward value. Referral rewards are generated automatically and are credited to your pending referral balance.

3. Activation Requirements (Unlock Conditions)

Referral rewards become withdrawable only once the referred creator has met all of the following activation requirements:

Until all activation requirements are met, referral rewards remain in the pending balance and are not withdrawable.

4. Maximum Referral Payout

To ensure fairness and sustainability:

• Referral rewards for each referred creator are capped at a maximum total of $20,000
• Once this limit is reached, no further referral earnings will be generated from that creator
• This cap applies individually to each referral, with no limit to the number of creators you may refer

5. Special Partner Arrangements

Azryo may offer custom referral terms to select creators, partners, or businesses. These special partner agreements may include adjusted percentages, extended caps, or personalized terms.

Such agreements apply only to the selected partner and do not modify the standard Referral Program Terms for general users.

6. Fraud Prevention & Ineligible Activity

To maintain a fair and secure referral environment, the following activities are not eligible for referral rewards:

• Self-referrals (using your own link to create additional accounts)
• Accounts created with fraudulent, automated, or artificial methods
• Accounts sharing the same individual, device, or payment information
• Accounts that fail identity verification
• Revenue that is later refunded, reversed, or charged back
• Activity deemed abusive or intentionally misleading

Azryo reserves the right to review referral activity and withhold rewards if fraudulent behavior or abuse is detected.

7. Payout & Withdrawal

• Referral rewards transfer from pending to withdrawable only after all activation conditions are met
• Referral rewards are paid out using the same payout method available to creators
• Standard payout minimums and verification requirements apply

8. Program Modifications

Azryo may update or adjust the Referral Program at any time to maintain platform integrity, prevent abuse, or ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Changes will not affect pending rewards unless the activity is found to violate these terms.

9. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Azryo Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to any condition, please discontinue participation in the program.

10. Marketing & Disclosure Compliance

When promoting your referral link, you are responsible for complying with all applicable marketing laws, advertising standards, and disclosure requirements in your jurisdiction. This includes but is not limited to:

• FTC guidelines (United States)
• ASA/CAP codes (United Kingdom)
• Equivalent regulations in your country of residence

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting Azryo through social media, websites, or other channels. Failure to comply with disclosure requirements may result in removal from the Referral Program.

• Comply with the terms of service of the platform where you are promoting
• Not make false or misleading claims about your content or earnings
• Clearly label adult content promotions as 18+ where required
• Not use spam, bots, or deceptive practices to drive traffic

2. Brand Usage

You may use Azryo's name and logo for promotional purposes provided you:

• Do not imply official endorsement or partnership unless agreed in writing
• Use official brand assets where provided
• Do not modify or distort Azryo branding

3. Prohibited Promotion Methods

The following promotional methods are prohibited:

• Unsolicited mass messaging or spam
• Misleading advertisements or clickbait
• Promotion on platforms where your content type violates their terms
• Purchasing fake followers, likes, or engagement
• Any promotion that violates applicable laws

Any content created, enhanced, or modified using artificial intelligence tools, including but not limited to:

• AI-generated images, videos, or audio
• AI-enhanced existing content
• AI-assisted creative works
• Deepfakes or AI-manipulated media

2. Disclosure Requirements

All AI-generated content must be:

• Clearly labeled as "AI-Generated" or "AI-Enhanced"
• Include disclosure in content title or description
• Use platform-provided AI content indicators
• Include hashtags #AI or #AIGenerated for easy filtering
• Watermarked with AI disclosure when technically feasible
• Maintain transparency with subscribers

3. Creator Requirements for AI Content

Creators posting AI content must:

• Be registered and verified through enhanced KYC
• Complete AI content creator certification
• Declare AI usage in creator profile
• Comply with all AI content regulations

4. Quality Standards

AI content must:

• Meet the same quality standards as human-created content
• Not infringe on existing copyrights
• Not impersonate real individuals without consent
• Be original and not violate platform policies

5. Prohibited AI Content

• Non-consensual deepfakes or impersonation
• AI-generated content of real individuals without permission
• Misleading AI content presented as human-created

8. Subscriber Rights

Subscribers have the right to:

• Filter content based on creation method
• Request refunds for misrepresented content
• Report improperly labeled AI content

Content created collaboratively by multiple creators, either human or AI-assisted, including any content where multiple individuals appear.

2. Model Release Requirements

All individuals appearing in content must:

• Sign the Azryo Model Release Form
• Provide valid ID verification
• Be 18 years or older
• Consent to specific usage terms
• Understand content distribution scope

3. Rights and Responsibilities

• All co-authors must consent to content publication
• Revenue sharing agreements must be established upfront

1. Agency Eligibility

To operate as an agency:

Three-Strike Policy for Minor Violations:

• Strike 1: Written warning and remediation requirement
• Strike 2: Temporary suspension (7-30 days)
• Strike 3: Permanent removal from platform

Immediate Termination Offenses:

• Fraud or financial manipulation
• Abuse or harassment

Record-Keeping Requirements

In compliance with United States Code Title 18, Section 2257, Azryo maintains records establishing that all individuals appearing in visual content containing sexually explicit conduct are 18 years of age or older.

Primary Producer

Azryo acts as a secondary producer of content. Primary production responsibilities lie with individual content creators who upload material to our platform.

Verification Process

• All creators undergo mandatory age verification before uploading content
• Government-issued photo identification required
• Biometric liveness checks confirm identity
• Records maintained for all performers in uploaded content
• Cross-reference checks against known databases

Content Creator Obligations

Creators who upload sexually explicit content must:

2. Content Disclaimer

• Azryo is a platform provider, not a content creator
• We do not endorse, guarantee, or verify user-generated content
• Users access content at their own risk
• We are not liable for content accuracy, quality, or legality

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azryo shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or revenue
• Loss of data or content

• Damages exceeding fees paid in the last 12 months

4. User Indemnification

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles
• Exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes shall be the state and federal courts located in Wyoming
• Each party irrevocably consents to personal jurisdiction in Wyoming courts
• The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply
• Any legal action must be filed within one year after the claim arose

9. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

1. Notification Process

• We will notify users of material changes via email to the registered email address
• Changes take effect immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated in the notification
• Minor changes may be made without notice
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will always reflect the most recent changes

2. User Rights

• Users who disagree with modified terms may close their account
• Account closure must be completed before new terms take effect to avoid acceptance
• Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of new terms
• Pending payouts will be processed according to the terms in effect when the earnings were generated

3. Retroactivity

1. Voluntary Account Closure

• Users may close their account at any time through account settings
• Creators must withdraw remaining balance before closure (minimum $50)
• Subscriptions are canceled immediately upon account closure
• No refunds for unused subscription periods
• Account closure is permanent and irreversible

2. Platform-Initiated Suspension

• Temporary Suspension: 3-30 days for minor violations or pending investigation
• Account access restricted but not deleted
• Funds held during investigation period
• May be lifted after successful appeal or investigation completion

3. Platform-Initiated Termination

• Permanent Termination: For serious or repeated violations
• All content removed within 30 days
• Remaining funds forfeited if termination is for fraud or serious violations
• Legitimate funds released after 180-day hold period if no chargebacks
• User permanently banned from creating new accounts

4. Data Retention After Termination

• Account data retained for 90 days after closure for recovery purposes
• Financial records retained for 7 years per legal requirements
• USC 2257 records retained as legally required
• Content permanently deleted after retention period
• Users may request data export before closure

5. Content Download Rights

• Creators may download their own content before account closure
• Download period: 30 days from termination notice
• Fans lose access to purchased content upon account closure
• No content download rights for policy violations

6. Appeals Process

• Appeals must be submitted within 14 days of suspension/termination
• One appeal allowed per action
• Review completed within 7 business days
• Final decisions are not subject to further appeal

• Creators retain full ownership and copyright of their original content
• Azryo claims no ownership rights to user-generated content
• Creators are solely responsible for their content's legality and originality

2. License Grant to Azryo

By uploading content, creators grant Azryo a limited license to:

• Host, store, and cache content on our servers and CDNs
• Display content to authorized subscribers who have paid for access
• Create thumbnails, previews, and compressed versions for platform functionality
• Include content in platform search results and discovery features
• Transmit content through various technologies and networks
• Make technical modifications necessary for content delivery
• Back up content for disaster recovery purposes

3. License Scope

• Duration: Active during account lifetime plus 30 days for technical cleanup
• Territory: Worldwide
• Exclusivity: Non-exclusive (creators can post content elsewhere)
• Transferability: Non-transferable except to service providers for platform operation
• Revocability: License ends when content is deleted or account terminated

4. Prohibited Uses

Azryo will NOT use creator content for:

• Advertising or marketing without explicit permission
• Selling or licensing to third parties
• Creating derivative works beyond technical requirements
• AI training without opt-in consent
• Any purpose beyond platform operation

5. Creator Representations

By uploading content, creators represent that:

• They own or have rights to all content uploaded
• Content doesn't infringe any third-party rights
• They have model releases for all individuals appearing in content
• They have the legal right to grant this license

1. Payment Hold Period

• Creator earnings may be held before payout eligibility to support fraud detection and payment verification
• Extended holds may apply for suspicious activity, disputes, compliance review, or legal reasons
• Funds remain visible in the dashboard during the hold period where applicable

2. Chargeback Process

Azryo handles chargeback disputes for normal platform commerce. Users and creators may be asked to provide evidence, and disputed funds may be frozen while the matter is reviewed.

• Creators are notified when a chargeback or dispute is opened where applicable
• Azryo reviews evidence and coordinates with payment providers as needed
• Any separately identified Norviax-billed service follows its own service-specific dispute rules

3. Fan Chargeback Consequences

• Unjustified chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in account restrictions or termination
• Purchased content access may be revoked where the dispute is upheld or required by law
• Azryo may restrict payment methods, accounts, or related access to prevent abuse
• Legal action may be taken where fraud or abuse is confirmed

4. Creator Protection

• Creators are not responsible for normal payment processing fees on chargebacks unless required by law or a separate agreement
• Azryo may provide dispute protection tools, reserves, or other risk controls
• Creators may be asked to provide evidence relating to the disputed content or transaction

5. Fund Release

• Funds may be released after review if no issue is found
• Chargeback resolution timing depends on the payment method, issuer, and evidence review
• Held or reversed funds are handled according to the applicable payout and dispute rules

6. High-Risk Account Management

• Accounts with elevated dispute rates may be subject to extended holds or reserve requirements
• Azryo may require enhanced verification for high-value transactions
• Payout frequency may be limited where risk controls are applied

Azryo and its service providers follow applicable card network, safety, moderation, and recordkeeping requirements for platforms hosting adult content. This includes identity and age verification of Creators, consent validation for performers, content moderation and risk monitoring, and maintaining appropriate records.

We retain identity verification results, Model Release Agreements, moderation logs, and relevant financial data for 3–7 years, or longer where required by law or card network rules.

1. Complete Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Azryo regarding the use of our platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the platform.

2. No External Representations

• No representations or promises made outside these Terms are binding
• Marketing materials are for informational purposes only
• Support communications do not modify these Terms
• Only written amendments signed by Azryo can modify these Terms

3. Order of Precedence

In case of conflict:

• Specific terms override general terms
• Newer policies supersede older versions
• Written agreements supersede verbal communications
• These Terms control over marketing or promotional materials

4. Survival of Terms

The following sections survive account termination:

• Intellectual Property License Grant (for 30-day wind-down period)
• Platform Liability & Disclaimers
• Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
• Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
• User Indemnification obligations
• Confidentiality obligations
• Any provisions that by their nature should survive

5. Assignment

• Users may not assign or transfer their accounts or rights without Azryo's written consent
• Azryo may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
